Itinerary
8.00 am: Our driver pick you up from your hotel and depart from Hanoi to Ninh Binh (2 hours driving, or pick up at your hotel in Ninh Binh).
You first visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu – the capital of Vietnam in the 10th century, admire the architecture of the two temples dedicated to the Kings Dinh and Le dynasty.
Continue to Thung Nham bird park and visit Bich Dong pagoda, climb up the hill and enjoy the marvelous landscape of nature.
Have lunch at the restaurant with local specialties.
Then get on a small sampan to discover Buddhist Cave, about 500m in length, magical view of the stalactites and stalagmites, see a big Buddha-shaped stalactite sitting beside an underground river, as well as visit orchard of tropical fruits in this area.
Best time for the bird park in the late afternoon, sit quietly on a boat and slowly paddle through Thung Chim (Thung Nham), discover the most features of this area with more than 4,000 birds of 40 species flying to inhabit every day. Your best chance to take nice photos and immerse yourself in the wild and nature.
Return to Hanoi late this evening. End this tour at your hotel around 19.00 pm.
